About Alan
Alan has been a medium and involved in Spiritualism for over 4 years. After meeting a neighbour who was a medium and talking about her ability, Alan explained to her that, on occasion, he would get a video film played out in his head. The medium told Alan that this was his third eye and so decided to do a little experiment with Alan.
She asked Alan to hold a bunch of keys which belonged to her and to close his eyes and tell her the first thing that came  into his mind. Alan went along with her request for a bit of fun as he thought that, to be a medium, you had to be born with a special gift. So, Alan closed his eyes and the medium asked him to describe the first thing that came into his mind. Alan said that he could see an old classic car. She then asked him what colour it was? Alan said that it was yellow.
The quick reading stopped there and Alan asked the medium if she knew what it meant? The medium said that both her and her husband went to classic car shows on a regular basis and her favorite classic car was a yellow one! Well Alan was shocked and very surprised. The medium told Alan that he should attend a development circle to develop further.
Alan contacted Marc and joined Marc's circle. Under Marc's expert tutorlage, Alan development his spiritual contact and psychic ability.
With Marc's wealth of Knowledge in spiritualism and Alan's wealth of knowledge in business and IT, they now make a formidable pair!
About Alan's Circle
Alan moved back to Ireland in October 2005 and looked around for a spiritualist center/church to carry on his development. After finding out that there were no churches in Ireland, he joined Valerie O' Sullivan's development circle (based in Tallaght, Dublin) and carried on his developmement in Valerie's circle. When Alan moved from Dublin to Kells, Co. Meath, he again had to find a develpement cricle however, there was none around the local area. So with the help of Marc's experience in running a development circle, Alan started his own.
Alan currently has 4 circle members of all defferent levels who are currently developing there link with spirit. Based on a UK format that he was taught by Marc, Alan guides the circle members in different development techniques.
However, circle is not just about spiritual development. Cricle is a place for like minded people to meet and talk openly about their experiences without having to worry about being mocked or ridaculed. It's a place to come to meditate, relax and de-stress.
With a background in psychology, Alan also focuses on personal development and guides circle members regarding the ethics involved in doing readings, the law of karma and the intention and motivations of working with spirit. If a circle member wants to discuss a topic that might be affecting them on a personal level, this can be discussed openly in the circle or one to one with Alan.
 Each new member receives a folder when they join the circle with articles and DVD's explaining different aspects of spiritualism. Over time they can add their excercises and information to their folder given to them by Alan. This, in turn, will be a good point of reference should they decide to setup their own circle or, it can be used to look back at their own development.
At the end of each circle meeting, everyone sits down for a cup of tea and a biscuit to discuss the messages they received in circle or any subject matter which is of interest to them, whether it's in relation to personal development or spiritual experiences that they have had.
As a cricle leader, Alan also understands that learning works both ways. He is also learning from his circle members and is surprised and delighted at times when circle members are given very accurate information by spirit.
Although development circles are generally run by an experienced medium, anyone can setup a circle with like minded people starting off with meditation and going on from there.
